HAROLD D. CRAFT

Harold Craft's expertise in human relations is supported by years of in-depth experience in human resource administration, and the psychology of group behavior.

Prior to founding Craft-Barresi Consultants, Mr. Craft's positions included: Labor Relations and Personnel Consultant, Superintendent of Personnel and Operations, Corporate Director of Communications, Director of Community Affairs and Director of the Employee Consultation Center and for the Dayton-Hudson Corporations for approximately 8 years.

Mr. Craft has received a BA. from Adrian College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on individual behavior and group dynamics from the University of Michigan.

PHILIP W. CRAFT

As President of Craft-Barresi Consultants, LTD., Philip Craft has spent over 35 years in human resource administration, wage and benefit analysis, and management training.

Prior to joining Craft-Barresi, he worked in the financial industry, where he specialized in accounting.

His consulting responsibilities include wage and benefit administration, management and supervisory development and training, employee morale surveys, and the design and implementation of employee involvement programs.

A graduate of Hendrix College, Mr. Craft has a degree in Business and Economics with an emphasis in accounting.
